Coaching
What coaching can achieve
A coach acts as a neutral feedback provider. So he is not the executing person, but he advises his clients primarily on the process level. The focus of the consultation is to clarify and deal with professional and private concerns. The most popular form of coaching is the individual coaching. Significant results at the end of a coaching appointment and the coaching process are e.g. greater clarity on the issues, a greater understanding of possible and manageable solutions, the energy to tackle the next steps and the feeling of having more power than before the conversation, or rather conversations.
